All raw and processed digital files remain the confidential property of the client. We do not use client media for promotional purposes without explicit written consent.

2. Data Protection

We implement secure server storage and encrypted transfers for all digital deliveries. Your contact information and project briefs are kept within our internal business management system.

3. Retainment Policy

Unless otherwise agreed, we maintain a backup of project files for a period of 12 months post-delivery to ensure recovery options for our clients.

4. Payment Privacy

All financial transactions are handled through secure industrial banking channels, ensuring your corporate financial data remains protected.

Terms & Conditions

Professional Engagement Guidelines

1. Project Commissioning

A formal booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the initial deposit. Project timelines commence once all technical requirements and creative briefs are finalized.

2. Copyright & Usage

Usage rights for digital assets are granted upon full payment of the invoice. Shubham Digital Studio retains authorship rights as per international creative property laws unless a full buyout is negotiated.

3. Revision Cycles

Standard project fees include two rounds of creative revisions. Subsequent modifications will be billed at our standard hourly digital workstation rate.

4. Liability

While we use professional-grade equipment and redundant storage, our liability in the event of technical failure is limited to a full refund of the session fee.
